Salesforce Analyst / SFDC Analyst required in Bay Area Must Have Skills: Salesforce, SFDC, Salesforce.com, Salesforce Automation, SFA, Service Cloud Position: SalesForce.com Business Systems Analyst Location: Palo Alto, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Required Skills: * Develop project plan and manage it - ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. * Must have managed/participated Salesforce.com Service implementation preferably with Hi-Tech clients * Strong Salesforce.com Business Analysis and Functional experience. * Sound knowledge of Service Cloud * Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. * Supports all phases of programs from inception through completion. * Drive key initiatives/projects to completion and ensure deliverables meet business needs. * Gather and track business and functional requirements, define scope, write detailed functional specifications, provide impact assessments, identify gaps, evaluate change requests, capture and prioritize bugs. * Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. * Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management * Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.
