Other duties or tasks may be assigned as required. • Review business needs in order to develop scripts for performance monitoring. • Understand application and system infrastructure to build performance testing scenarios. • Understand user behavior in order to correctly model a performance testing scenario. • Execute performance test scenarios. • Analyze results from performance test scenarios. • Identify performance inhibitors and make recommendations for resolution. • Adhere to, enforce and enhance the overall Quality Assurance best practices, strategy and methodology. • Demonstrate ownership of all assigned tasks and projects, delivering status updates to management and stakeholders regularly. Includes escalating issues and risks as appropriate. • Perform all duties stated above under short notice and organizational pressure.
