Responsibilities: • Gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and ensure the plan includes tasks that address each of them • Collaborate with team members to identify project risks, design mitigation plans, and development estimates • Design, develops, tests, documents, and implements SharePoint solutions based on design documentation provided by BI department • Works within established development guidelines, standards, methodologies, and conventions • Participate in quality assurance and testing activities according to planned schedules • Perform technical support activities required for execution of test plans • Perform root cause analysis and defect correction as indicated by test results • Evaluate outcomes, report results and document findings according to current standards • Ensures work product aligns with customer requirements Qualifications: • At least 5 years of combined SharePoint experience in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and SharePoint 2007/2010 platforms • At least 3 years of development experience with SharePoint Designer 2007 and Visual Studio in customizing site and master pages and developing custom Web Parts • Proven experience in programming and delivering Enterprise SharePoint extranet and intranet portals • Knowledge of SharePoint Administration and the creation of site collection, content management, workflows, document libraries, custom list, site templates, and forms • Experience in developing and deploying InfoPath 2007 forms • Knowledge in SharePoint security model, groups, permissions, and user additions using Active Directory • Proficiency in XML, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming • Understand and troubleshoot browser-specific compatibility issues • Administration of Reporting Services reports in Integrated Mode would be a plus • Effective oral and written communication skills • Analysis skills for technical problems and solutions of moderate to high risk Thanks! ===================== Santosh .B- Resource Manager Tech-Net Inc.
