Must have and should reflect in the resume in the projects whereever used-experience with design, development and deployment of IBM DataStage solutions for a large organization integrating multiple COTS (Commercial off the shelf)Business applications and custom mainframe and AS/400 based applications. Must have minimum of 5 years of IBM DataStage (7.x & 8.x) tool implementation experience Must be extensive IBM DataStage 8.0 knowledge and experience Have the ability to understand business requirements and architect a solution which will support their constraints. Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
