Familar with STRUTS framework (v1.2), HIBERNATE3 ORM library, RATIONAL APPLICATION DEVELOPER (v5 or v6) and WEBSPHERE APPLICATION SERVER (V5.1).Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Coding a JAVA web application against documented requirements and specifications.
