******Immediately Needed A Consultant****** Job Title : J2EE Architect Location : Wilmington, DE Duration : 3-6+ Month Contract Rate : OPEN *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:* Perform impact and system analysis based on business requirements. Lead a sub-team of designers and specification writers in support of implementation. Support the development of test architectures and technology validation strategies. Develop and nurture consensus and working relationships with technical teams from other IT divisions to ensure coordination and integration in IT projects and programs. Lead or participating in technical Centers of Competence (CoE) on a regular basis Collaborate with other technical teams in the exchange and transfer of technical knowledge and in the development and evolution of architecture standards, guidelines, reference architecture, and the IT Technology Roadmap. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. *EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION *Possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Must possess six or more years of experience in Information Technology with a heavy concentration in application architecture, integration design, or systems engineering in the most recent three years. Must have methodological experience demonstrating software engineering experience using methods and tools (e.g. information, services and object modeling, agile or iterative development) Have previous development and implementation experience in relatively modern technologies including (J2ee, web services, SOA ) *MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:* 6 years total experience, the last 3 years architectural. *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*: Strong management, analytical and technical skills. Ability to develop, manage and deliver multiple complex projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
