Job Description : Data Modeler Roles / Responsibilities Perform Business
Analysis with emphasis on Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Risk Analysis.
Build proof of concept to demonstrate understanding and correctness of the
solution being implemented. Carrying out data analytics and data mapping to
capture data requirements. Perform functional, regression and end to end
testing. Lead complex data collection and analysis activities. Engage in
Data Modeling to create logical, physical models and research alternatives
for the development of business requirements. Provide clear and concise
documentation regarding requirements functional requirements, Detail design
specifications, test plans, and test cases. Technical Skills · Data Modeling
in Enterprise Environment · Experienced w/ Embarcadero tool · Experience
working with Teradata (database design a huge plus) · Retail Experience (not
required but a big plus) · SAP Experience (not required but a huge plus)
