< jokes> Aaah gak usah diikutin,ini-kan cara India :) lagipula $1bn mungkin masih termasuk basi di Indonesia :) </jokes> Ini serius mode-nya: Jangan heran nanti kalau 2007 ada press release begini: Phu Nguyen,a Vietnameese VC and was head of engineering in Blah company --a leading company in missile-defense system-- is investing $ 500 million to invest in major R&D effort in Vietnam city to create new missile weapon systems. The new startup in Vietnam is lead by another Vietnameese scientist in missile-defense system, Mr. Goh Nguyen Goh. And by that time they can make a new weapon,we just say "Oh ternyata orang Vietnam bisa ya bikin weapon, hebat ya" :) Carlos
