Hello everyone I'm Jacqueline Morris, from Trinidad and Tobago. I'm a freelance consultant, sometime University lecturer, member of the Gender Caucus for WSIS. Some of the work I do has got me interested in telecenters as a method of increasing technology literacy in T&T. I've worked for the Govt of T&T for some years.
