Dear Vineeta In Hungary we have about 1500 small settlements where local government administration doesn't exist (people should travel for administration). In about 30 % of this villages telehouses are working - mainly operated by civic organisations - and one of their basic functions is to mediate between government (local and above) and the public in the administration case management. So we have practice - more organisational, social, political, financial, technical, some (but growing) egovernment - in your research field. Some weeks ago Andy Carvin was visiting 9 telehouses in Hungary, so you can ask about his experience, and if you have questions, or want to wisit us, we are open to help you.

I am looking for case studies and some theoretical explanations based on Habermas and Edelman's theories. I hope that some learned audience on this forum can guide me.
