Hi everyone,
As you may know, each civil society caucus will receive a small number
of overpasses for distribution to caucus members at the summit. An
overpass allows you into the main plenary hall of the summit, which is
restricted due to the limited number of seats available. It's likely
that we'll have 20 or more overpasses to distribute to telecentre caucus
members. To simply the process, Robert Guerra has been kind enough to
set up an online form for caucus members to request an overpass:
https://secure.privaterra.org/wsis/
If you are coming to WSIS and would like to request an overpass, please
fill out this form. Be sure to click the box for the telecentres
caucus; otherwise your overpass request won't be counted properly.
Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the
earlier you request your overpass, the more likely it is you will
