Subject: [telecom-cities] Study on technology and time

Does anyone remember a study from a few years ago that argued that

people spend the same time budget on technology over history - i.e

commuting times are pretty much constant throughout history

(regardless of transport tech) and for example, increased Internet

use comes at the expense of other media?

thanks in advance
