Ch 4's Rob Morrison reported at 5:11 am that a Manhattan restaurateur now faces public lewdness charges after allegedly flashing a woman on the subway's R line. The female victim used a camera on her cell phone to take the suspect's picture. The man in the photograph was allegedly raw food restaurant owner Daniel Hoyt.
