ICF Accepting Nominations for Top Seven Intelligent Communities of 2006 On August 22, 2005, ICF began accepting nominations from communities worldwide for its Top Seven Intelligent Communities of 2006. Nominations will close on October 14, 2005. ICF expects to receive nominations from towns, villages, cities, counties, regions and other geographic areas forming a definable community from around the world. ICF will announce the finalists for the Top Seven on November 18, and will name the Top Seven at a special ceremony at the 2006 annual conference of the Pacific Telecommunications Council, January 15-18, 2006.
