Dear all, Thought this might be of interest for some of you... (Apologies for multiple messages)
All the best, Endre Danyi -------------------- Lancaster Sociology research students would like to invite other PhD students to an intellectual party in the summer of 2007. The summer conference, held on the 6th and 7th July, 2007, is a great opportunity to present your work at Lancaster, participate in practical research workshops, collaborate with other research students and have a lot of fun. You will be able to join sociological knock-outs involving John Law, Andrew Sayer, Elizabeth Shove, John Urry, Sylvia Walby and others. Come and enjoy Lancaster Sociology's post-disciplinary atmosphere and don't forget - the world-famous Lake District is near by. If you are interested in joining us and presenting a paper on your own research, please email a one page abstract and brief statement of research interests to Sergio Fava ([EMAIL PROTECTED] ) by the 31st January 2007. All subjects are welcome. The registration fee for non-Lancaster students is £60. This includes refreshments, dinner and lunches during the two day conference. We look forward to meeting you. Those staying in Lancaster for the entire weekend can participate in a sociological expedition in the Lake District on Sunday (8th July).
