obs and internships - Current vacancies Researcher Researcher - Centre for Cities £28,000 to £32,000 + benefits The Centre for Cities is an independent urban research unit, based at ippr. We are one of the UKs leading voices on urban policy, with a strong track record on city economic performance, housing, governance, enterprise, skills and investment. We have a distinctive approach, delivering high quality research and advice to public and private sector decision-makers in Whitehall, cities and regions. We are looking for an astute, motivated, all-round researcher to join our growing team of 10 staff. You will make a major contribution to the Centres work programme, working with our stakeholders to provide economic and policy research, analysis and advice. You will also line manage a junior member of staff. You will have an excellent understanding of economics and urban regeneration issues, strong written and verbal communication skills, and at least two years relevant practical experience.
