In my dissertation research, I'm making some claims about the relevance of community participation to supply of and demand for broadband in underserved areas, drawing from data I've been a part of generating through the Connect Kentucky broadband initiative.
Hoping to avoid wrapping my project exclusively around Kentucky, I've been looking for comparably fine-grained spatial deployment data. >From KY, I have block-level longitudinal data on deployments by type (wifi, cable, dsl) that provides some fine-grained assessment of spatial expansion of broadband availability, which I've been looking at with (geo- and conventional-) statistically. Does anyone know oif other studies of and/or data on deployment data that exist and are available from other locations. Appreciate any and all tips, Charles Kaylor --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "telecom-cities" group.
