Hope you are doing great, Please let me know if you have any one suits this position and send me the profiles with the contact information along with best possible rate. *DIRECT CLIENT:* *Enterprise** Document Management (EDM) Functional Analyst Support * *Sacramento**, CA** - 11 Months * * * *Scope of Work - *The contracted resource, an EDM Functional Analyst, will: • support several on-going Documentum projects in the areas of Human Resources and Power Generation • provide production Documentum problem resolution support • facilitate production optimization efforts, change requests and optimizations of enterprise document management system (EDM) under the direction of a Employee. The duration of the assignment is expected to be until *03/31/2010*. The District’s document management system is Documentum 5.3 with an upgrade to Documentum 6.5 SPx likely occurring during the period of the expected engagement. To date has implemented EDM in Legal, Supply Chain Services, Audit and Quality Services, and Accounting departments, and parts of Human Resources, Customer Services, and Power Generation. Many of these documents have links to SAP using either Archive Link or DMS. A customized version of Webtop running on Apache Tomcat is the primary end-user interface. It has also deployed McLaren Software for Drawings management to several engineering groups. Archived SAP data is also retained in Documentum. 1. The main technology areas that will be addressed through this request are: Documentum 5.3 SP2, Captiva 5.2, linkages to SAP 4.7 (upgrade to ECC 6 completing in May), and integration with SAP Portal 6. These technology areas represent the large majority of the foreseeable task work that may result from this contract. The tasks may comprise any combination of the listed technologies. A successful contractor must possess expertise to be able to support EMC Documentum and supporting technologies. *Mandatory Experience: * • Minimum 3 year experience - Documentum Content Server (5.3 SP2 and above) (Solaris with an Oracle database) • Minimum 3year experience - Documentum Archive Services for SAP and Content Services for SAP (5.3 and above) *CANDIDATES NOT MEETING THE MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. * * * *Desirable Experience: * • Documentum Archive Services for SAP and Content Services for SAP (5.3 and above) • Captiva Input*Accel *5.2/5.3 (scanning). • Documentum Webtop client (6.5 SPx) with Web Development Kit (WDK) • Documentum Content Server (6.5 SPx) (with an Oracle database) • Captiva 6 implementation experience. • Documentum Archive Services for SAP and Content Services for SAP versions 6.0 or later • Integration between MS Sharepoint and Documentum • EMC Centera (content addressable storage) • Brava! Enterprise (annotations) • McLaren Enterprise Engineer and related products • Documentum Retention Policy Services (records management) • Documentum Web Content Management (WCM) • Documentum Client for Outlook, Collaborative Edition and BPM/BPS • Previous electric utility and/or utility experience *Functional Analyst Essential Functions:* Working with business units and end-users, • Gather requirements and develop designs that achieve client business objectives for changes or optimizations of a customized EDM system. • Analyze issues received from the help desk and users to determine source and work with the developers and users to affect a resolution using appropriate quality assurance procedures. • Define, detail and document business requirements and translate into detailed functional specifications, facilitate requirements reviews and translated into design and development. • Ensure technology design fits strategically and tactically with business goals and objectives • Assist with configuration, developing test scripts, testing, training documentation and implementation. • Be available to provide ongoing EDM production support while staff is engaged in the Documentum/Captiva upgrade process. *Self-management Capabilities * This category focuses on the competencies required for an individual to appropriately modify one’s behaviors and actions to best fit the situation.
