They need to know what device drivers are necessary and why certain support software is better than other software. They need to know why they are using MultiPath IO and how to install and configure the hardware needed to accomplish the task. They need to have a high level of experience in High Availability and Disaster Recovery methodologies so we can, with minimal training, utilize their experience in our current environment. *** * * *Desired qualifications in addition to the above qualifications:*** *They need to have experience with VMWare ESX and ESX Clustering with HA and DRS.
