Accountabilities: Quickly gain an in-depth understanding of various business applications and their integration points at an enterprise level Scope detailed enhancements and organize internal meetings to discuss issues Continued involvement in development activity and ability to take on a technical leadership role Participate in business support rotation Develop clear and concise documentation and presentation materials to educate and/or sell ideas within IS and for business partners Communicate effectively via a variety of methods, including email, phone and face to face conversation Follow up on outstanding items and get status updates Self-motivated and driven to meet deliverables with minimal supervision Help to refine internal development standards to ensure in-line with current industry standards Perform and participate in code reviews to ensure code adheres to group standards Continuously learn and test new ideas to stay current with technology change and improvements Qualifications Bachelors degree in technology, engineering or related field required Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for application development Experience with business rules engines and business activity monitoring Have 5+ years of experience designing and developing N-Tier applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies Energy industry experience is a nice to have Please forward the resumes with contact info and billing rates.
