Since it's used for so many things in our specification, TpChannel should have
convenience API for the Groups interface.
If nothing else, if the local user is removed from a group, until the next time
the local user is added to that group, we should remember the removal reason.
If the channel is closed while we're remembering a reason, we should use that
reason code, with error domain TP_ERRORS_REMOVED_FROM_GROUP, when signalling
invalidation of the channel.
