The Retroshare developers are welcome to implement the Telepathy D-Bus API,
which would produce a Connection Manager process that could be used with
Telepathy UIs; please see http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec.html for the
D-Bus API, and consider using the library telepathy-glib to implement it.
None of the Telepathy developers seem to see it as a high priority for us at
this time.
