Calling of CreateAccount with
- parameters "account" and "password", which are flaged (Conn_Mgr_Param_Flags)
as required for registering an account on the server, and
- parameter "register" = true
did not register the account.
The jabber-Server was running in Debug-Modus and there was no
connection-request
to the server visible.
