note that when you scroll the textview you get an event ("scroll-event").
then you should be able to understand where (y axis value) to move the
icon, depending on the scroll adjustment.
this is not enough because you should catch another signal: when the
textview changes the amount of lines (for instance when you click
ctrl-enter). I don't know the signal name yet.
