Well, it basically has no developers because there doesn't seem to be anyone with enough interest to work on it (mainly not enough free time). However, we do have an intern right now at collabora who is working on improving papyon and tp-butterfly. He added audio and video call support and he's now working on adding file transfers support. He might have a look at the bugs you posted once he's done with file transfers. But there's no guarantee.. so the best way to have that fixed for now is still to fix it yourself and send patches!
