Hi, We do have one little problem: the service name is given wrongly in the dbus service file. I have committed the fix to master, and I shall make a new release later today.
Meanwhile, you can try changing it manually, the file is normally named /usr/share/dbus/services/org.freedesktop.Telepathy.ConnectionManager.sofiasip.service. Inside, change "rakia" in the service name to "sofiasip". Please report if it fixes your problem.
