Stream tubes doesn't support multicast directly, you'll have to
implement yourself using a traditional client/server approach (the
server sending the data to all the clients).
Note that Muc D-Bus tubes does support multicast (through D-Bus signals)
but may not be suited if you have to send a large amount of data.
