Hi,

That element no longer exists in recent versions of gst-libav, but it
shouldn't matter for this, as it is for the video pipeline.

The second warning potentially denotes something more problematic.

Sadly, Empathy is currently looking for a maintainer, so don't expect a
quick fix..
