Turned out I was wrong, Dom Inspect does provide a function to view
Chrome Document, See the menu,
File > Inspect Content Document > List of content window
> Inspect Chrome Document > List of Chrome window
> Inspect a URL
Vivek, maybe this can help us to solve the popup/dialog window
problem.
