This is really interesting question. I did not try this before.
Actually this part is controlled by Selenium. I did a quick google
search and seems for Linux, you can use Xvfb (virtual framebuffer X
server for X Version 11),

http://mojo.codehaus.org/selenium-maven-plugin/examples/headless-with-xvfb.html

I do not know if this is possible in Windows.
