You mean partial matching, right? Yes, Tellurium uses "%%" to provide
partial matching.
In your case, you can have

InputBox(uid: "input", clocator[id: "%%:cellphoneNumber"])

It will actually generate the xpath like:   //input[contains(@id,
":cellphoneNumber"].
