As you may know, we are working on jQuery Selector cache to further
improve the test speed for the jQuery selector. Now, the work is
mostly done and you can exploit this option now. For a detailed guide,
please check the wiki page,

For cache examples, please see the TelluriumIssueTestCase class in
trunk/core.

But be aware that the cache option is still considered to be
experimental because we need to add page refresh and Ajax response
listeners there to automatically update the cache.
