The background color of the top right cell is defined further up in
the HTML, but let's not worry about that one.
When i run $("#runnerTbody > tr:eq(0) td[id*=EBP_0]").css("background-
color") in fireBug i get a correct response of
"rgb(200, 208, 228)", but when I use getCSS on that element from
Tellurium i still get "transparent" as below.
