Are you still having problems with Firefox or the problem is IE only??? If it is IE only then please make sure that you don't have any iexplore processes already in your memory before launching the tests. You can test this using the standard windows task manager. and kill iexplore processes. I have seen problems if there are already IE sessions opened.
