Adobe provides a set of test automation packages for this purpose. Flash
runs in its own VM instead of the Web browser's DOM structure, you have to
use some web to flash bridge to pass the commands to Flash VM. Also, the
locators in Tellurium/Selenium may not
work any more for Flash. Since the Flash support is an open issue for
Tellurium, I would suggest you to take a look at flex monkey,

Not sure if there is any way to integrate Tellurium with it, or implement a
similar mechanism in Tellurium. Do you like to exploit a bit in this
direction?

Be aware that Adobe's test automation packages do not support multiple
windows at the current stage.
