You are right, the thead definition is tr/th. This object was requested by
Dominic, I don't know if
I changed td to tr, he will be affected or not.

Anyway, I will provide an overwrite mechanism in 0.7.0 soon. For 0.6.0, they
are hard coded. Sorry for that.
