Since the changes on branches/trunk-0.8.0 are huge. I merge the trunk
changes, which are small,
into branches/trunk-0.8.0, and then replace the trunk with
branches/trunk-0.8.0. Please let me know
if you find your tests break because of the merge.

The main changes are

1) Add the tellurium-injector module to do Groovy Dependency Injection
2) Use tellurium-injector to wire tellurium core project. Removed almost all
singleton classes except
for the TelluriumFramework class. This leads to more clear code structure.
3) Add the session concept to support parallel test execution. One session
for each thread. (Work in progress)
