We just switched over from another platform to Telrad Wimax. We seemed
to work out all the issues we've encountered except SSLVPN. It appears
that our migration introduced a new issue to our customer base that uses
Juno Pulse VPN clients, that wasn't there before.
I saw this happen with our OPENVPN clients, and decreasing our MSS size
to 1260 on our internet facing interfaces has done the trick for that
issue. It did not help the Juno pulse clients, which my research is
showing it to be an SSL VPN, totally different than IPSEC in the fact
that there is an even heavier payload as SSL is a tunnel already and
SSLVPN is tunneled through that and now Telrad WiMax is tunneling all of
that through a GRE tunnel that I have no access to parameters such as
MTU or anything. I've contacted support to no avail.
Has anyone seen this issue and has anyone overcome it other than
changing to a different technology for exceptions?
