Expect can do it.
Used to be you could 'echo show log /mnt/flashfs/log/tlsyslog' | sshpass -e ssh 
IP_OF_EPC but it quit working.

I have an expect script to grab the log.
If they would JUST PUT SYSLOG client into the epc, so I could send the logs to 
my log collector.
