Same here,  I have seen that happen before.
I would say 2 or 3 out of 40 on a eNB will not come back within 30 mins and
need a reboot.
I did see a UE that did not connect for many hours that popped back online,
I called the customer and there were not home to reboot it, so why it took
hours I dont know.
