We're in a similar position, although not with Drew in particular — it
seems very difficult to get hold of someone in real time when we're hit
with a customer-impacting combination of circumstances.

In particular, when we're dead in the water, the lack of a North American
24h contact point is really killing us — we're five hours earlier than
Nick, for instance, and 11 hours different from Israel.

This is one of those times.

I feel like marching with a placard: "We need a TAC/NOC!"
