Ok weird...it's just this one unit.
Another one is up and running in about a minute and 45 seconds.

No that is way too slow. Normally once you can PING the radio the GUI (from the LAN port) will be ready.
Then it will say connecting, and this takes just 15-20 seconds longer.

We just timed an 8k starting up. We could ping it pretty quickly, but it was about 4 and a half minutes before we could login to the web GUI, and then another 30 seconds or so before it reports a signal and tells us we're connected to the eNB.
