Ok weird...it's just this one unit.
Another one is up and running in about a minute and 45 seconds.

No that is way too slow. Normally once you can PING the radio the GUI
(from the LAN port) will be ready.
Then it will say connecting, and this takes just 15-20 seconds longer.
