If the CPE are under warranty then register a support case and we'll repair them. Unfortunately, with the shipping charges to Israel it is sometimes not worth it. But if you're shipping 10 then it may be.
If they're out of warranty then it's probably not worth it to pay to repair. Sorry to say.
