Hi Guys, A botched firmware update through breezeview has left our epc without networking. Telrad Support seems to want to RMA it.
Console support works fine for root access. I was just wondering, support doesn't seem to know how to tftp upload a firmware through the serial port, like you can for a router or switch.... Does anyone have any information on how to reformat the epc, and upload fresh firmware (with a ground zero config)? Having a day without our EPC is unacceptable, and it seems like a reformat would be the way to go to bring it back fast.
