So you just neeed to reload the page. You can also force the cache mode to 
"off" by adding /cache/off in the URL or force the mode by changing 
op/preview to /op/edit in the URL.

Ok, but if there is a bug, there is no access to preview/edit button and the
error page doesn't permit to reload...
