I have just tested this with Jahia 4.0.5, in 1024x768 and the window is
resizable and it's initial size seems ok. When the window is resized to
a smaller size, the scrollbars only appear on Firefox 1.0 but not on IE
6, but maybe we can change that. Anyway, maybe you could send a
screenshot of what happens on your desktop, but I'm pretty sure that you
must have a non-default font size or something like that.
