Oops sorry it seems that web_css.jsp does not require Jahia's context.
You can discard my remarks about that.
Otherwise you should build an URL that points directly to the Jahia
context like : "/jahia/jsp/jahia/templates/rpn/web_css.jsp". That might
work.
