Beginning with jahia

Hi,   I´m a new user of Jahia. We are a Spanish University and we´re starting to use jahia as our main Content Manager System to manage all information in our main web site. We know that Jahia is a powerful CMS but we are starting and sometimes we have so many doubts. First of all, we don´t know how could i get more templates. We would like to know if we could get or download new jahia templates, aside from “Coprporate Portal Template” as we have from the demo version. Where could i get it? >From Jahia site? how could i develop a new "corporate template" for my site???? Is there any documentation for it????
