Hi Marc

No the homepage doesn’t use the template I was trying to delete. Apparently the only solution to my problem was to set the Available to Users checkbox to none, so that the users cant see the template, which is what I in the end did.

Thanks

Bojana

Bojana,

Does the homepage use the template you are trying to delete?

Regards

Subject: Problems with Deleting Templates

Hi all

I am trying to delete the unnecessary templates (from the dropdown menu) but am having some problems. For example this is the error message I get when trying to delete one of the templates:

XYZ is still used by some pages, followed by a list of three pages.

The pages listed are not in the sitemap. I have deleted all the except for the homepage and this is still happening. I’ve work-flowed, restarted jahia but nothing.

How do I delete a template that is no longer needed?

Regards

Bojana
