Hi,
The template doc for Jahia 5.0 will be released very soon. Before
that you can use the template doc for Jahia 4. The taglib usage is
100% compatible and the scriptlet usage is quite the same. You can
also use the javadoc for Jahia 5 here http://www.jahia.org/javadoc-dev_5/
About CSS, there is no difference between Jahia 4 and Jahia 5, except
that in Jahia 5 we offer a new template set based on CSS with no page
setup instruction in code.
